Terms of Use

Last updated: August 2026

1. Authorized Use

Prairie Forge Blueprint is a proprietary software service provided by Prairie Forge LLC, accessed through its web application and through OnHand, its mobile application for iOS and Android. It is provided exclusively for authorized individuals associated with the client organization identified in the applicable engagement letter. Access is limited to users whose email addresses or phone numbers have been explicitly approved by a Prairie Forge administrator. Unauthorized access, use, or distribution of the service through any of its applications is strictly prohibited.

2. Intellectual Property

Client Content. All process documentation, narratives, flowcharts, and exported deliverables generated through Prairie Forge Blueprint using the client's data are the property of the client organization, subject to the terms of the applicable engagement letter.

Prairie Forge Property. The underlying software, source code, application framework, prompts, methodology, and documentation processes that power Prairie Forge Blueprint are the exclusive intellectual property of Prairie Forge LLC. No license, ownership, or rights to the application code or its underlying processes are transferred to the client through use of this application.

Restrictions. Users may not copy, reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or create derivative works based on the Prairie Forge Blueprint application or any of its components. The application is provided as a service for the duration of the engagement.

3. Source Code & Hosting

The application source code is maintained in a private repository on GitHub, accessible only to Prairie Forge LLC. The codebase does not contain any client data, credentials, or sensitive information. All secrets and API keys are managed through secure environment variables and are never committed to the repository.

The web application is hosted on Vercel, a cloud hosting platform. Vercel serves the compiled application code only and does not store, process, or have access to any client data. All client data flows directly between the user's browser and the secured database.

4. Mobile Application (OnHand)

OnHand is the mobile application of the Blueprint service, used for inventory counting and related warehouse work. It is governed by these same terms: access is provisioned by your company, and all authorized-use, intellectual-property, and termination provisions apply to it equally. The app is distributed through Apple's TestFlight and App Store and through Google's distribution channels; where required by those platforms, the platform's standard licensed-application terms also apply to the copy installed on your device.

Work entered in OnHand while offline is held in an encrypted queue on the device and submitted automatically when connectivity returns. What the app collects and how device-side data is handled is described in the OnHand Privacy Policy.

5. Data Handling & Security

Client data is stored in an encrypted PostgreSQL database hosted by Supabase on AWS infrastructure with SOC 2 Type II compliance. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is controlled through email-based authentication with one-time codes — no passwords are stored or transmitted. Web sessions expire automatically after 60 minutes of inactivity; on the OnHand mobile app, the signed-in session is held in the device's secure storage and protected by the device's own screen lock and optional Face ID / fingerprint unlock.

6. AI-Generated Content

Prairie Forge Blueprint uses Anthropic's Claude API under commercial terms to generate process narratives and flowcharts. Under these terms, Anthropic does not use API inputs or outputs to train their models. AI-generated content is intended as a professional starting point and should be reviewed, edited, and approved by qualified individuals before being treated as final documentation.

Separate from the narrative-generation flow described above, the Blueprint MCP Connector lets Claude query Blueprint data as a read-only retrieval source. The MCP Connector Policy governs that surface, including how data flows, how customer scoping is enforced, and how queries are logged.

7. Duration & Termination

Access to Prairie Forge Blueprint is provided for the duration of the engagement as defined in the applicable engagement letter. Prairie Forge LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate access at any time in the event of a breach of these terms or at the conclusion of the engagement. Upon termination, final deliverables will be provided to the client as outlined in the engagement letter.

8. Limitation of Liability

Prairie Forge Blueprint is provided “as is” as a professional tool to support the documentation engagement. AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional judgment. Prairie Forge LLC makes reasonable efforts to ensure the accuracy and security of the application but does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. Liability is governed by the terms of the applicable engagement letter.
